Location
The centre of Alberobello, with its famous trulli, is only five minutes away by car. The beautiful seaside town of Monopoli lies within 15 minutes, the famous cliffs and beaches of Polignano a Mare within 10 minutes. Further afield, it’s 45 minutes to the 'white city' of Ostuni and an hour to the stunning and historically significant Matera.
The Space
On the first floor of the townhouse, the apartment is all on one level. Of the three bedrooms, two feature ensuite bathrooms; the third full bathroom is conveniently located off the main dining area. There is a large full kitchen, plus outdoor covered patio complete with dining room and an extra living area. The local-stone pool on the ground floor level is a great place to cool off and relax, with sun loungers, a sitting area, parasol and outdoor shower.

Guest Access
The property is exclusive to those renting. We live right next door and can help as much or as little as you need. The large private parking lot with automatic gate is shared with us and there are stairs to access the apartment as well as a brand new elevator. The pool is shared with us and we’ll only use it if we see it’s free.
